The use of precast concrete in the structural design of a building is one alternative to achieve this. However, at the time of the fabrication and installation process at the location there are several stages of work and the implementation of concrete components that need to be observed to comply with concrete regulations. This study aims to determine the suitability of the method of implementation of precast beam construction in the field, starting from the implementation of beam components, as well as the joins between beams and columns with applicable concrete regulations. This research was conducted by comparing the results of direct observations and the precast beam method of the project with the applicable concrete regulations. In general, the results of the review are in accordance with the applicable concrete regulations, starting from the machining work to the connection between the beam and the column, but there are implementation components that are not appropriate, namely the length of the hook on the reinforcement and the time of concrete treatment.
