Various of project are carried out to meet the increasingly complex of the community needed. Controling is the process of comparing actual performance with performance to identify irregularities, evaluated, and take actions accordingly. The cost and time control are part of project management which is expected to support the project as much as possible. In this case, using the Earned Value Method to determine the cost and time performance of the weeks as well as the final of the cost and the time of the project. In this study, the observed data was taken from the construction project building of 11 Pemecutan Elementary School in Denpasar City.The result showed that the construction project at the end of the fourth month with a positive value of Schedule Variance (SV) = 113,910,400.46 rupiah which presented that the project implementation was faster than the planned schedule. While the value of Cost Variamce (CV) = 258,072,889.18 rupiah with positive Cost Variance shows the cost implementation of the project is lower than the budget. This result is supported by the value of Cost Perforemance Index (CPI) is 1,184 and the Schedule Performance Index value is 1,074. The result of the Estimated at Schedule (EAS) is 161 days which is faster than the planned time schedule and with the value of Estimated at Completion (EAC) = 1,805,504,096.19 rupiah.
