Abstract

Karangasem Regency is a dry region in Bali, especially Abang and Kubu Districts. Most of the rivers in this region are dry and have very limited groundwater potential. With this condition, the Government through the Bali Penida River Basin has built several reservoirs, one of which is the Datah 2 reservoir, located in Banjar Kedampal, Datah Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. This reservoir has a reservoir dam with a width of 7 metersĀ  located in the north of the reservoir. Datah Embung 2 is an reservoir with a landfill construction with a downstream slope made of stone pairs with a slope of 1, 025: 1. This reservoir has a length of 80 m with a width of 55 m and a height of 5 m that has been equipped with geomembranes.

The results of the analysis show that the performance of the weir and the weir building are in good condition. The weir performance is seen from 7 parameters with an average performance of 85.71% with the highest performance of 95% and the lowest performance of 50%. While the reservoir performance can be seen from 10 parameters with an average performance of 91% with the highest performance of 95% and the lowest performance of 80%. Results of analysis of routine operating costs obtained Rp. 27,939,000 per year with the salary component of employees occupying the largest percentage with 27%. The results of routine maintenance analysis show a value of Rp. 69,027,783 per year with the largest component in the form of sediment dredging in reservoirs of 21.98%. Operating and maintenance costs are not straightforward / as much as Rp. 25,550,00
