ANALISIS PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN JAM KERJA TERHADAP BIAYA DAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN BLOSSOM VILLA CANGGU
Abstract
One of the problems that is often faced by contractors is the delay in project completion time. If this problem
is not solved properly it will have an impact on the success of the project. The Blossom Villa Canggu Project
was chosen for the case study because the project was delayed due to imperfection at the planning stage,
and from the owner's request that the project remain completed within the agreed time because it will be
used immediately. The method that can be used to speed up the duration of the project is the Time Cost
Trade Off method with one of the alternatives used is overtime. The initial plan of this research project
needed a completion time of 245 days at a cost of IDR 10,865,000,000.00. After doing an analysis with 2
alternatives of overtime, 2 hours and 4 hours of overtime, it shows that there is an additional 2 hours of
overtime, a decrease in costs of IDR 27,267,961.76 or 0.25% decrease from normal costs with a completion
time that can be accelerated by 10 days. For an alternative of 4 hours of overtime, a decrease in costs of
IDR 24,127,497.79 or 0.22% decrease from normal costs with a completion time that can be accelerated
by 11 days. It can be concluded that 2 hours of overtime is more effective in terms of cost and 4 hours of
overtime is more effective in terms of implementation time
