ANALISIS KINERJA PEMBANGUNAN JOLLA HOSTEL DENGAN METODE EARNED VALUE ANALYSIS

Abstract

Good time control is expected to help the project implementation in accordance with the planned time, one
of them by using the results value analysis method. Analysis of the value of the results used with the aim
of estimating or forecasting the extent to which the project is carried out in accordance with the work plan.
The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply EVA in estimating the project completion time for
each week.The method used in this research is quantitative, in general quantitative data is more concrete
because it can be quantified in the form of numbers.This study results in the cost performance of the Jolla
Hostel construction project in the 6th week to the 21st week Cost Performance Index (CPI) that is lower
than the budget and plan schedule. The performance time of the Jolla Hostel construction project in the 6th
week until the 10th week, 12th week, 21st week Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value of the working
time is faster than the planned schedule. In the 11th week, the 13th week through the 20th week the Schedule
Performance Index (SPI) value of the working time is longer than the planned schedule. If after evaluating
at 6 weeks and the performance index has not changed, according to the EAS calculation, the project will
progress 16 days from the planned schedule
