Abstract

In this current era of technology 4.0, all of infrastructure development is required to be right on time, on quality, and on cost. For that, an alternative method is used which name precast or precast concreteThe analysis carried out was assisted by primary data, such as implementation time, work productivity, the number of workers, tools and materials obtained from directly observing the process of work at construction site. Beside that, for secondary data, which is the plan and RAB drawings obtained from the contractor who carry out the project. After analyzing the implementation of the second floor structure beam of Building D, RSUD Mangusada Badung for work with precast beams at a volume of 194.62 m3, it took 61.48 days and it is spent a total cost of Rp. 1,363,777,072.75. Meanwhile with the conventional method at the same volume of 194.62 m3, it took 121.84 days and it is spent a total cost of Rp 1,267,815,824.67. The method with precast concrete can save time 60.36 days or 49.54% faster than the conventional beam working method. Meanwhile, the difference of implementation costs is Rp 95,961,248.08 or 7,04%. So the implementation with precast concrete will saving time of 49.54% at a 7,04% more expensive cost compared to the implementation of conventional concrete beam.
