ANALISIS PENERAPAN KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP ALAT BERAT PADA PROYEK TOL KRIAN – LEGUNDI – BUNDER – MANYAR (KLBM) SEKSI 2

Abstract

The implementation of construction project, things often occur that pose a dangerous risk or are not in
accordance with the existing regulation, whether caried out by workers or certain parties directly involved in the
implementation of the work. Heavy equipment is a large machine design to carry out construction functions, one of
wich is moving building materials. In its application, this type of heavy equipment fot lift and transport aircraft is
often reported that accidents occur, espesially in the erection girder. Therefore an analysis knowledge of SMK3
and the application of K3 Heavy equipment was carried out on the erection girder on the Krian – Legundi – Bunder
– Manyar (KLBM) toll road section 2 project with reference to PP. 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3 and
PERMENAKER No. 5 of 1985 regarding lift and transport aircraft. In this study. The research design used was
descriptive observasional by collecting primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted by means
of observational descriptive to find independent variable data and other supporting data related to ocupational
safety and health in the erection girder and then clarified by the analysis. The result of this research is that SMK3
understanding of heavy equipment work falls into the “already understood” category with a 63% understanding of
ocupational safety and health. And the application of K3 heavy equipment has implemented ocupational safety and
health “quite well” with a precentage of the application of ocupational safety and health by 50%.
