ANALISIS BIAYA PENGARUH PENERAPAN SMK3 TERHADAP RISIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA PROYEK GEDUNG RS. BHAYANGKARA DENPASAR

Abstract

Construction projects must implement SMK3 properly, so that losses to human life and work risk costs
can be minimized. This study aims to describe the application of SMK3, assess accident risk, and analyze
OHS costs against accident risk costs. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection
techniques by interview, field observation, and distributing questionnaires. The results of the research on
the application of SMK3 and the Audit Criteria Assessment met 122 audit criteria for "Transition Level
Category", with a percentage value of 69.9% for the category "Good Implementation Assessment Level".
The identification of risks obtained are 21 risks with 13 low risks, 7 moderate risks, and1 high risk
namely R7 "Workers are injured as a result of scratching the floordeck while cutting and installing the
floordeck ”. Hresult of analysis of OHS cost calculation Rp. 458,458,000.00 or 1.52% of the project value
with a total risk cost ofRp. 1,908,700.00 or 0.42% of the OHS costs. Research on the application of
SMK3 is in accordance with the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of
2012, and the OHS items on the OHS costs are in accordance with the Circular Number: 11 / Se / M /
2019
