ANALISIS RISIKO DAN BIAYA K3 PADA PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG D, F DAN G RSUD KABUPATEN BADUNG
The development of construction project in Indonesia especially in Bali is growing rapidly. This
of course encourages the construction project industry to make it more efficient in every way. The
demands of efficiency causing the construction project industry to strive for modernization, innovation
and improving work productivity both in terms of human resources, time and from facets of production.
The more complex of increased work productivity that being applied, the greater potential of danger and
might result in work accident.
The purpose of researcher is to know the spread of risk at each job as well as the amount of the
cost occupational safety and health (OSH) allocated for risk control on building development project of
D, F and G of Kabupaten Badung especially on structure work.
The result of analysis researcher was using the method HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk
Assessment and Risk Control) with the assessment of qualitative descriptive and got the result with the
small level of risk is (24%) and the medium level of risk is (74%). From the risk assessment there is one
type of work that belongs to the big risk category, namely at the stage of the roof truss structure work
activities. Furthermore, the result of the control cost analysis occupational safety and health (OSH)
obtained a value of Rp. 256.403.000,00, or (0,427 %) from the total cost of the structure work. In
reducing the number of work accidents and the cost of control occupational safety and health (OSH), in
the future it is necessary to implement sustainable of SMK3 in the world of construction
