Speech act in learning language is very important in learning process, where the actions and speech of a teacher are models that have been emulated by students.This study uses a pragmatic approach in its study which examines language teaching speech acts. The theory used in analyzing is the speech act theory to find out the types of speech act that used by native and non-native speaker. This study have been compared native and non-native speaker in their English classroom interaction through speech act that used. The data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive using the theory from Searle (1969). The result of the analysis found in English classroom interaction by native and non-native speaker are their speech acts are categorized as locutionary acts, illocutionary act and perlocutionary acts. The Illocutionary acts divided into assertive, directive, commisives, assertives, expressives, declaration. Illocuionary act in Directive and commisive types are dominantly used.
