This case is a logical consequence that further normally causes misinterpreting between both parties and then it fails to deliver points of information. This paper attempts to offer solution to the writer whom English is as a foreign language particularly. An issue exposed is about text-writing activity, focusing in two aspects; the text itself and the writer who plays the key-role of writing skill, emphasizing the text writing academically as a part of expository writing skill. A solution intended as technical matter is how to construct a paragraph academically by applying some theories such as unity, controlling ideas, supporting ideas, topic sentence, and supporting sentences in constructing paragraphs and their implementation in writing practice prior to expository writing skill.  The research method is applied in three steps; pre-test, class action as treatment; and post-test. The treatment is a process to observe and analizes 10 paragraphs by peer-groups, presentation in a seminar, and then rewriting the right paragraph. Marking is conducted both after pre and posttests, tabulated, and then compared. It was found that the avarage score for 56 respondent is only 51,25 as their score for composing a systematical paragraph and tied in cohesion and logical order before treatment. The first score is obtained by conducting a pre-test (∑X1) Factually, after the treatment, the avarage score is increased to 78,57(53,31 increased) of the same respondent through a posttest (∑X2) UR - https://ojs.pnb.ac.id/index.php/Proceedings/article/view?path=
