With this kind of method, the goals of teaching and learning activites can be easier to achieve There is a new method of teaching namely Blended Learning. Blended Learning can be said as the mix between face to face method and online method. Its also can be said as the mixing of convensional method and modern Methode. This method of teaching has been widely tried out by formous university in Indonesia. It will give the student new exciting method of learning where they can explore themselves comfortably and they can find unlimited sources online. The Purpose of the research are mainly two: To know wether the application of Blended Learning will increased the students achievement in studying and the second one is to know wether this learning is effective to be used in Civil engineering PNB. The Research Design used is Pretest-Post Test Control Group Design. There will be two classes that was chosen randomly. One class act as the Control Class while other Class as the experimental Class. Then will find out is the student achievement is increased or wether the method effective or not The findings shows that The students achievement in class is increasing it is proven by the Gain > 0,05. That number shows that there is a significant increase on the experiment Class.
