ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA DALAM MEMITIGASI KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA DENPASAR

Abstract

In the construction project implementation, there is a risk of delays. If the implementation of a construction
project in the field does not comply with the planned schedule, this will have an impact on the timeliness of
project completion. By controlling and increasing labor productivity, it can optimize the implementation time
so as not to experience delays. The purpose of this study is to determine the productivity of the workforce and
determine the appropriate implementation method in structural work to mitigate delays. The analysis carried
out is descriptive quantitative analysis. Data collection is carried out by direct observation in the field and data
provided by the Company in the form of a time schedule. Based on the research conducted, there are 16 types
of work that are at risk of experiencing delays if mitigation is not carried out. Therefore, the methods that can
be used to mitigate delays in this study are the addition of working hours (overtime) and additional workforce
based on the calculation scenario between volume shortages in 8 hours of work and productivity of hourly
workers
