ANALISIS TINGKAT RISIKO TERHADAP BIAYA K3 PADA PROYEK GEDUNG RS. BHAYANGKARA DENPASAR

Abstract

Every implementation of a construction project certainly has the risk of a work accident. If a construction
project does not pay attention to OHS risks, this will have an impact on costs. By analyzing OHS risk, it
can reduce the impact of accidents and occupational diseases which not only can harm the workforce, but
also companies that will suffer losses both directly and indirectly. The purpose of this study is to identify
OHS risk, conduct OHS risk assessments and how to control OHS risks and how much OHS costs are
required in the construction of Bhayangkara Hospital Denpasar. The analysis conducted is a qualitative
risk analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 21 respondents who were
directly involved in the implementation of the project and were assessed using a risk assessment matrix.
Based on the results of research and analysis identified 35 risks with 27 low risks, 6 moderate risks, and 1
high risk which is the risk of workers being injured scratched by floordeck when cutting and installing the
floordeck. From these risks, the proposed cost for control is 192,420,000.00 IDR which is 2.39% of the
contract value
